Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from a contract concluded with us here – the shortlist, a pre-purchase review or the package, including individual surveys from the package only. Your withdrawal is received by us when you submit it; you will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. Whether and to what extent you have a right of withdrawal is set out in our instructions on withdrawal.
